This is it. The places that I would absolutely not to go again or have been warned like-minded friends not to go to.

Restaurant Sri Paandi PJ - 37, Jalan 11/4
Fish curry was so bad. It tasted fishy and it had absoutely no oomph in it. Not spicy hot at all. In fact almost tasteless. I couldn't finish my meal there.

Chong Kee Yong Tow Foo - Jalan Tun HS Lee
Again I was misled by the crowds. The Yong Tow Foo was not good at all and the rice was sticky and lumpy. Bad bad bad.

Chan Chan Yong Tow Foo - Bandar Menjalara
Place was packed and suggested that the Yong Tow Foo was good. Very far away from good.

Just Mee - Wisma Selangor Dredging
We thought we would eat here because it had a big non-halal sign but it was terrible. The noodles were not really that good and the japanese char siew was really rough. Waste money. Some more not cheap.

H&H Cuisine Catering
Don't cater the boxed rice from them. Was at a recent event where they catered the food in lunch box and it was absolutely crap.

Dharoos - Damansara Utama
Whoever said the nasi lemak here is good ought to be shot. The rice is too soggy and not nearly lemak enough. The sambal is too diluted. The chicken is cold and not crispy and tasteless. The only thing that saved it was the ikan bilis which was crunchy.

Syed Bistro - SS 3
Skip the nasi lemak. It's crap.

Mydina
It's located opposite the Ascott on Jalan Pinang and the food is crap. Had the Briyani - absolutely tasteless. The ladies fingers & brinjals were horrible. Don't waste money here. Oh guess what - it's gone now. The place has been torn down.

Dome KLCC
Was there for lunch with a friend and as usual, I ordered their Chicken & Mushroom gourmet pie. What was bad about it? The soup inside was totally bland. Salt & pepper didn't help it one bit. The only thing that was still good about it were the steamed vegetables that came with it. I think I am going to stop going to Dome's for their pies. Oh yes, even the orange juice was pathetic and they even have the cheek to say it's fresh. I can get fresher orange from a can of F&N orange juice. OK, I exaggerate but you get the idea. Saving grace - table service is still good.

Castell's PJ
Beware the leopard that changes its spots. Castell PJ has recently undergone a changeover in the way it looks, even expanded the size of the restaurant. But the portions of servings are now smaller and service is horrendously slow especially during lunch time. So while they may have some value for money set lunch, go there only if you want to put up with crappy service. You could get better service anywhere else for less.

Pizza Uno at CentrePoint Bandar Utama
I don't what happenned here. Their pizzas used to be the best in PJ but I was there over the weekend, and I can tell you I'll settle for Pizza Hut's anyday.

Nanking Court Vegetarian Restaurant
Was with a friend and he said that it used to be you couldn't tell that the meat/fish was not the real thing. He said he once brought a Korean friend there and the guy almost fell off the chair when told he was actually eating a vegetarian meat. He couldn't believe it that it could taste so authentic.

Kebab King in Sunway Pyramid.
You can give that a miss. Tried both the chicken and beef kebabs. Baddddd!

Taj Curry House
Just outside Sunway Pyramid, there's this curry house called Taj Curry House. Kim Gary was packed so I thought I would try something a bit more local. Big mistake. The fish cutlet was really really bad. The honey chicken was bad. The curry was bad. The nasi lemak was bad. The only redeeming thing was their mutton curry. But still I would never go there again.

Restoran Saji Two
Saji may have a few restaurants in the SS4 area - the area just opposite Lorenzo furniture store - and while their roti is OK, stay away from their nasi lemak. It's baaaaddddd!

Restoran Mosin - Taman Mayang Jaya
The roti telur I had was bad. Really spoiled my night, after all I had not had roti telur for months. However, the roti canai was not bad. Go figure. Curry while spicy was not really that good.

Burger King outlet on the 2nd floor of One Utama
I can't understand why BK's can't maintain their consistency across their outlets in Malaysia. I always have Swiss Mushroom whichever BK I go to and the outlet here messes it big time. It's way too dry. There's none of the succulence and juiciness that I expect out of Swiss Mushroom.

Pizza Hut
I used to think that Pizza Hut's Super Supreme was the ultimate pizza and it used to be. Corporate greed being what it is has killed the Super Supreme. A Super Supreme used to be covered with so much toppings on it that you could not see the cheese underneath it. That's not the case now. It's so sparse that you can see the space between the meat, pepperoni and the capsicums. And the stuffed crust is only 1/3 filled with cheese. The mushroom soup is more like creamy water. Cheat cheat cheat. For good pizza go to pizza vs satay or the beach. At least you get your money's worth there.

Burgers in Langkawi
Don't take any of the roadside burgers in Langkawi. There isn't any Ramly or even Angus burger available. All they have is a crap tasting burger. If it ain't Ramly, don't waste your money.

Lan Kwai Fong
HK food place in the Curve, Mutiara Damansara. According to HK food connoiseur, JC,  the pork chop rice was so bad that he didn't even finish it.  I am taking his word for it because he lived in Hong Kong for awhile, so he would know what is OK and what is rubbish.
