It's been awhile since my last trip to William's, that amazing fusion road side stall. Well, tried something new last night. Wanted to have a creamy pasta and William recommended that I should try his Fettucine Bacon & Pepperonni Cabonara. When the man recommends something, it's always good to listen to him. So I had the cabonara and I was not disappointed. William believes in serving decent sized portions at very good prices and this was no different. Lots of cheese, pepperoni and bacon in the fettucine. I found the taste to my liking since the sauce was wet and creamy but Uncle Gary said that it was a tad bit salty for him. So if you are sodium chloride intolerant, then perhaps you might have to ask him to go easy on the salt. And what about the price? RM10 for the plate of pasta and another RM5 for a humungous glass of orange juice. PW, who earlier said that he was only going for a drink, decided that he wanted to eat something as well. William recommended that he try the "loh see fun" and it was good as well. The "loh see fun" was the right amount of wetness and I prefer it to the one at Mama's Kitchen in Taman Tun Dr Ismail. Only bummer is that it's halal. William's Jalan SS 26/9 47301 PJ
