After not having been to Pizza Hut in Malaysia for many many many months, I was pleasantly surprised to see some changes to their menu.

They now have cheese baked meatballs as well which is what I had in China as well. Of course in China, the meatballs were made from mr piggy and perhaps not quite as big but the beef balls here were quite good too.

You can have the choice of chicken or beef meat balls and top it with 3 different sauces. I went went with spicy masala sauce and while the colour did remind me of the famous Szechuan mala sauce but nowhere near as potent. Nevertheless it tasted good.

Pizza Hut has some redeeming qualities after all.Just to proof that I have no vendetta against Kentucky Fried Chicken - I recently had the best Kentucky Fried Chicken meal I have had in a very long time. It seems that not all Kentucky Fried Chicken outlets are the same. Some less equal than others meaning that they receive a mix of frozen chicken while some outlets receive chilled chicken. Chilled chicken is much fresher than frozen chicken and the feel of the meat is distinctively different.

Where are the good outlets? Well I have been told that there are several and if you have a Kentucky Fried Chicken meal at KLCC and Mid Valley Megamall, you can't go wrong.
