If you are looking for relief for kidney or waist problems and if you like drinking soup, then this is your place. Serving a variety of herbal soup like fish head, garoupa, yellow wine chicken, ginseng frog - you are certain to find something to tickle your fancy. For example, python soup is good for strengthening a man's waist, lower back regioan & kidney.

However, they also have claypot dishes like pork rib curry, yellow ginger curry chicken or 'kam heong dong bo' pork.
You can order some of these dishes with a claypot rice - only RM4.90. Quite a good deal for a single person. For RM8.90, you can have a set meal of claypot rice with a bowl of soup.

For lunch my daughter had a Hong Kong style Chicken porridge (RM4.90) which was quite good though it may perhaps maybe a tad bit too much sesame in the porridge. Also I thought Hong Kong porridge would be smoother, the texture felt more like teochew porridge. My son discovered a new way to eat porridge. He added it on top of his rice and he seemed to enjoy it very much.

The Claypot Wild Boar Ribs Curry was OK. The curry did not have enough curry flavour in it.

But the "kam heong dong bo" pork was very good. The fat of the pork was so smooth, it felt like tofu. Speaking of tofu, we also enjoyed the homemade tofu was also very good.

Lunch for 5 came up to RM41. Good food for a good price, especially the set meals if there are only 2 persons eating.
